25% non-refundable deposit required on slaughter bookings for 2026.

We are only offering slaughter-only for hogs - $150 each.

We do not offer custom cut for wild game.

BEEF

  • UTM - $275 (includes waste disposal and saving offal)

  • OTM - $315 (includes SRM waste disposal)

  • Slaughter only - add $50.

  • We hang for 10 days, if requested we can hang for longer at $10/day/side.

CUSTOM CUTTING

  • Custom cutting: $1.65/lbs vacuum packed

  • Paper wrap discontinued

  • No custom quarters, only full sides or whole beef.

  • Ground will be stuffed into plastic meat chub bags either 1 or 2lbs portions. Vacuum packed ground available on special request for an additional $0.25/lbs.

POULTRY PROCESSING: New for 2026 - COMMUNITY PROCESSING DAYS

These dates are available for smaller producers who want to do 10 to 300 broilers. Cost is $9/ broiler (includes slaughter, vacuum packing and a label with the date, and the weight, and our licensed processing facility id).

May 14th, June 15th, June 18th, July 13th, August 10th, August 13th.

Processing fee is $9/bird with a non-refundable $5 +GST/bird deposit required to confirm your booking.

We are not able to save offal, necks or feet for flocks less than 300.

Birds need to be healthy, clean and in poultry crates - no feed for 12 hours prior to processing.

Additional dates available for 300+ broilers - $8/bird includes vac pack and labelling.

sheep, Lamb, Goat

  • Slaughter: $70

  • Slaughter only: $85

  • Goat slaughter: $80

  • Save hide: $20/each

  • Split lamb in half: $20

  • Save organs (if not condemned: $5/per animal)

  • Cut, Vacuum package and Freeze: $85 up to 60lbs and $1.65 for each lbs. over 60lbs.

  • We do NOT offer butcher paper wrap anymore

  • WE OFFER A STANDARD BUTCHERS CUT FOR ALL LAMBS AS FOLLOWS:

  •  Neck stew chops

  • Shoulders into roasts and a few chops/steaks (pkgs of 2).

  • 2 Racks of lamb

  • Lamb Loin Chops – packages of 4

  •  Lamb Ribs

  • 4 Shanks

  • Legs as whole roasts (can cut in half if requested)

  •  Trim gets turned into ground lamb.

  • Custom Cut Lamb if different from our standard cut - Add $25/lamb

Delivery & Payment

LAMB,  CATTLE to be delivered THE DAY BEFORE SLAUGHTER anytime after 1pm.

Payment is due at the time of pick-up by e-transfer (to info@creeksidemeats.ca),

cash, or cheque also accepted. Thank you.
